研究方向

1.食品安全方向：主要聚焦于食品接触材料安全性评价。结合质谱技术、生物学方法、及计算毒理学建立食品接触材料中非有意添加物的迁移、筛选及安全性评价体系；食品接触材料中高关注靶向物的分析检测、膳食暴露及安全性评估。
2. 天然产物方向：天然产物活性成分的提取、分离及其在化妆品中的应用；化妆品安全性及功效性评价

1、主持国家自然科学基金面上项目（32472450），PLA-FCMs中复合抗氧剂在“生命周期”中的多维度安全性研究，2025.01—2028.12。
