聚焦低维功能材料(二维材料、量子点等)的物性探索及其光、电特性研究,核心研究方向包括:

1. 新型低维材料的光学、电学、压电响应探究

2. 基于低维材料的新型器件设计与制备

3. 材料的光、电等性能的第一性原理计算
